1. No Refunds on Sweepstakes Entries
All purchases that include entries into a sweepstakes are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and entries are allocated, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred. This policy ensures fairness and integrity for all participants in compliance with sweepstakes laws.
2. Merchandise Orders Without Entry
If you purchase merchandise without sweepstakes entries, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

The product was not associated with entry allocation (e.g., a product marked as "non-entry").

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

If 2ShortDays Sweepstakes LLC must cancel a sweepstakes for any reason prior to drawing a winner, a full refund will be issued for entry-related purchases, minus shipping charges (if physical products were delivered). Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
