1. What is this sweepstakes all about?

The 2025 Jayco 5th Wheel HT RV Sweepstakes gives participants a chance to win a brand-new 2025 Jayco 5th Wheel HT RV, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $87,000.
A winner will be selected once 100,000 valid entries are received or 90 days have passed from the official start date, whichever occurs first.

2. Who can enter?

To be eligible, entrants must be:

Legal residents of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C.
At least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Please Note: Residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are not eligible to participate or win.

3. How do I enter?

Paid Entry:

Each eligible product purchased on www.2ShortDays.com grants the purchaser 10 entries per item.
There is no limit on the number of purchases or entries.
The entry base price is $100.00, but your total may vary with item selection, shipping, and taxes.

Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

Each handwritten submission equals 10 entries.
On a 4" x 6" index card, write the following:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Mailing Address
- The statement: “I want to win the 2025 Jayco 5th Wheel HT RV”
- The number of entries you're submitting (must be a multiple of 10)

Place the card in a #10 envelope and mail it to:

Updated Mail-In Entry Acceptance Period:
Due to technical issues at launch, mail-in entries will be accepted as if the sweepstakes begins May 23, 2025.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 28, 2025, and received by June 2, 2025, to qualify.

4. Can I enter more than once?

Yes! There is no limit to the number of eligible product purchases or mail-in submissions you can make, as long as each follows the entry guidelines.

5. What is the prize?

The Grand Prize is a 2025 Jayco 5th Wheel HT RV, with an ARV of $87,000.00.
Please note:

Model and features may vary depending on availability.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, insurance, and transportation of the RV.

6. Do I need to pay taxes if I win?

Yes. In compliance with IRS regulations:

The winner will be issued a Form 1099-MISC for the full ARV of the prize.
The winner is responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

7. How will the winner be selected?

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 5 business days after either the entry limit is met or the sweepstakes period ends—whichever comes first.

8. How will I know if I won?

The selected winner will be contacted via the contact information provided at the time of entry. To claim the prize, the winner must:

Provide a valid government-issued photo ID
Submit a completed IRS Form W-9
Sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility and publicity release

These documents must be submitted within 14 days of notification.

9. What happens if the winner doesn’t respond or qualify?

If the selected winner fails to respond or complete verification within the required timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Is this sweepstakes legitimate?

Absolutely. The sweepstakes is legally administered by:

A registered U.S.-based promotional sponsor operating under federal sweepstakes guidelines.
