⚠️ Important Disclosure (as of September 30, 2025):
The Grand Prize winner of this Sweepstakes will have the option to choose between:

• One (1) 2025 Jayco Eagle HT 5th Wheel RV (Approximate Retail Value: $48,750.00) plus a $3,000.00 cash bonus, OR
• A cash payout of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00).

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, title, registration, and any delivery or transfer fees associated with their selected prize. All other rules and stipulations outlined below remain in full effect.

1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION

The 2025 Jayco Eagle HT 5th Wheel RV Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by 2ShortDays Sweepstakes LLC ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes gives eligible participants a chance to win either the RV with a bonus or the cash alternative.

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on May 17, 2025 and ends when 100,000 total verified entries have been received, or at 11:59 p.m. EST on the final calendar day of the third (3rd) month following the official start date — whichever comes first.

(Original end date: August 17, 2025. Due to technical issues with submissions, the Sweepstakes period has been extended by up to ninety (90) additional calendar days, making the new potential end date November 15, 2025, unless 100,000 total verified entries are received earlier.)

Sponsor reserves the right to close the Sweepstakes early once all entries are received or at its discretion.

Notice: Due to a technical issue on the official launch date (May 17, 2025), the Sponsor is allowing mail-in entries as if the effective entry period for mail-in submissions begins on May 23, 2025, without altering the original start date or overall Sweepstakes terms.

2. PRIZE

Grand Prize: The winner may elect to receive either:

• One (1) 2025 Jayco Eagle HT 5th Wheel RV (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $48,750.00) plus a $3,000.00 cash bonus, OR
• A cash payout of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00).

Prize Conditions:

• Final model, features, and configuration of the RV are not guaranteed and may differ from promotional images.
• Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, title, registration, and any delivery or transfer fees associated with either prize option.
• The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for any other substitution, and cannot be exchanged except as expressly provided in this clause or at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Documentation Required:
To claim the prize, winner must submit within 14 days of notification:

• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Signed and completed IRS Form W-9
• Notarized affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release

An IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued based on the fair market value of the selected prize option. All taxes and related costs remain the sole responsibility of the winner.

3. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Prohibited States: Residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are strictly prohibited from entering. Any entries from these states will be void.

Ineligible Participants Include:

• Employees, officers, contractors, or affiliates of 2ShortDays Sweepstakes LLC
• Immediate family and household members of the above
• Individuals involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes

Disqualification Notice: Any ineligible participant forfeits all rights to the prize and any purchases will not be refunded. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

4. HOW TO ENTER

a. Paid Entry (With Purchase)

• Each purchase of an eligible product (e.g., t-shirts, stickers, hats, or other designated merchandise) grants the purchaser ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes.
• These entries are counted toward the 100,000 total entries available in this Sweepstakes.
• Each eligible item = 10 entries.
• No limit to the number of purchases or entries a participant may make.
• Entry base price is typically $100.00 per product before applicable tax or fees.
• Odds of winning are the same regardless of entry method.

Important: Purchasing a product does not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

b. No Purchase Necessary Entry (Mail-In)
To enter without making a purchase, eligible participants may submit a mail-in entry. Each mail-in entry qualifies for ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes.

Special Mail-In Window (Amended as of August 17, 2025):
Due to the submission error referenced in Section 7, entrants are granted a 30-day window beginning August 17, 2025 to submit mail-in entries. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before September 16, 2025. No mail-in entries postmarked after September 16, 2025 will be accepted.

Mail-in instructions:

• Handwrite the following clearly on a 4" x 6" index card in blue or black ink:
• Full legal name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Mailing address
• The phrase: “I want to win the 2025 Jayco Eagle HT 5th Wheel RV”
• Number of desired entries (must be a multiple of 10; one card per 10 entries)
• Place each card in a separate #10 envelope and mail to:

Incomplete, illegible, or duplicated entries will be disqualified. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

(Note: Earlier mail-in date references prior to this amendment are superseded by the 30-day window stated above.)

5. ENTRY LIMIT & TOTAL ENTRY POOL

This Sweepstakes is limited to 100,000 total entries, across all methods.
Each item purchased or mail-in submission grants ten (10) entries toward that total.

Example:

• If you buy 1 item → You receive 10 entries
• If you send 3 qualifying mail-in cards → You receive 30 entries

Because each qualifying transaction or submission counts as 10 entries, this means a maximum of 10,000 distinct actions (purchases or mail-ins) could fill the Sweepstakes entry pool, enhancing individual odds.

6. WINNER SELECTION

• One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• Drawing will occur within 7 days of Sweepstakes close.
• Winner will be notified via email or phone.
• If winner fails to respond or submit required documents within 14 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, failed submissions, or lost mail.

Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in disqualification.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, refund or return all entries submitted up to the date of cancellation.

Amendment Notice: Due to a technical issue with the Sweepstakes application, some participants’ entries were not properly counted because required information was not fully submitted. To ensure fairness, the Sweepstakes end date has been extended by up to ninety (90) additional calendar days, or until all 100,000 total verified entries have been received — whichever occurs first. As of August 17, 2025, a special 30-day mail-in entry window (ending September 16, 2025) was opened; no mail-ins postmarked after that date will be accepted. All other terms, rules, eligibility requirements, prize details, and conditions remain unchanged.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner expressly grants to 2ShortDays Sweepstakes LLC, its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right and permission to use their name, likeness, photographs, voice, image, video recordings, and any other representation of their person in any and all forms of media, now known or later developed, including but not limited to advertising, trade, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes.

This grant of rights is made without further notice, review, approval, or compensation to the winner. The winner releases 2ShortDays Sweepstakes LLC from any liability with respect to such usage.

REVISION HISTORY

• August 17, 2025:
• Sweepstakes end date extended by up to ninety (90) days due to technical issues with submissions (new potential end date: November 15, 2025).
• Mail-in entry amendment: A 30-day special window opened August 17–September 16, 2025 for mail-in entries related to the submission error. No mail-ins postmarked after September 16, 2025 will be accepted.
• September 30, 2025:
• Disclosure added giving winners the option to select either the RV or a $40,000 cash payout.
• RV Approximate Retail Value updated to $48,750.00.
• RV option now includes an additional $3,000.00 cash bonus.
• Publicity Release clause added, granting 2ShortDays Sweepstakes LLC perpetual rights to use winner’s likeness, voice, images, and videos in marketing and promotion without additional compensation.
